POWER HOUR PLUS (1 Hour and 30 Minutes)
Sessions will focus on position specific training and game play concepts. Groups will be split up by position (attack, midfield and defense and will not exceed 10 players per position).Each position will be led by a coach that will train players in their respective position group. Each session is concluded with game play. Offense vs defense/short sided play! Open to Attack, Middies & Defense

3-5 & 6-8 (5:00-6:30PM) $300
9-12 (6:30-8:00PM) $300
