6 weeks of Complete Athlete Training: $250

Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm

10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/14, 11/21 (NO Training on 10/31 or 11/7)

  • Split into 2 tiered age groups GRADES 4-8 and High School
  • 5:00-6:30pm $250
  • 45 minutes of Individual Stick work with Coach Cunningham & Coach Zoni
  • 45 minutes of Speed, Agility & Core Strength training with Coach Pino

The Complete Athlete Program, the goal is to compliment elite level lacrosse skill work with a comprehensive training program that translates directly to the action on the field. 
The 90 minute structure allows us to spend equal time on skills as well as speed and agility.
Each 45 minute skill piece will consist of shooting, dodging and focused lacrosse work with Coach Zoni and Coach Cunningham.
The 45 minute speed, strength and agility piece with Coach Pino will be age and ability appropriate and can be individualized to accommodate different needs. The overall main goal for all age groups is to arm them against injury in the upcoming fall, spring and summer. Each session will consist of a warm-up, mobility, strength/speed/agility, and a cool down piece. 
The goal for the youth level as far as the strength and conditioning piece is to refine motor skills, build strength,speed and agility through functional training and give them a level of comfort in the gym for when they eventually make it to the high school level. 
At the upper levels, our goal is to enhance what is being done at the high school levels and give those athletes an extra edge over their competition. We aim to have these guys in peak shape by the time their spring season starts and to have them bigger, stronger and faster.
