Dates: Tuesdays, January 9, 16, 23, 30 February 6, 13, 20, 27

Times: 5:00-6:00 PM for 4th-7th GRADE and 6:00-7:00PM for 8th-12th GRADE
Location: MOCO Sports Center in Oakhurst, NJ
Fee: $200/player

GIRLS POWER HOUR: Sessions will focus on position specific training. Groups will be split up by position (attack, midfield and defense and will not exceed 10 players per position).Each position will be led by a coach that will train players in their respective position group. Girls sessions are run by Christie Kaestner and Dorrien Van Dyke (both are current Monmouth University assistant coaches)
