POWER HOUR: Sessions will focus on position specific training. Groups will be split up by position (attack, midfield and defense and will not exceed 10 players per position).Each position will be led by a coach that will train players in their respective position group. Sessions are run by Dave Zoni, Bill Garavente, Steve Carcaterra & Kelsey Cuje.
